Personal Training (online)

45 € / ca. 30 min

We will regularly monitor the progress and, if necessary, adapt our approach accordingly. Therefore we will take the time that it takes; between 25 and 45 min.

included in personal training and physiotherapy 

Seperately available:
20 € / 20 min

I will create a training plan; permanently available to you online or in printed form. It is tailored to your goals and needs and can be adapted to your progress over time.
